Four days ago, police were called to an alley in Los Angeles. There, they found a suitcase covered in a dumpster. Inside the suitcase was the nude body of model, Jasmine Fiore. The petite blonde was strangled and severely beaten. Her teeth and fingers were missing.

Authorities were searching for Fiore’s estranged husband, Ryan Jenkins. Recently, Jenkins appeared on the VH-1 dating show, “Megan Wants a Millionaire”. However, he and Fiore spent five months married. During which, there were complaints of domestic battery with Jenkins being arrested.

Investigators attempted to piece together the timeline of August 18th. They wanted to question Jenkins on his whereabouts. But, the reality star apparently fled to his native province, British Columbia (Canada).

This scenario created difficulties for investigators. Canada has always protected their citizenry from America’s death penalty states. California reinstated the death penalty almost 30 years ago. If Jenkins killed his wife, he fled knowing this.

To add, another woman came forward complaining of abuse by Jenkins. Viewers wondered how a major cable network put their star at risk with a known batterer. So far, the network remained mum about the case and their lapse in judgment.
